Mike Maguire is a Technical Business Development Manager with Microplex Printware, an industrial printer manufacturer and integrator based in Varel, Germany. He has been in the mailing industry for more than 20 years, beginning with three family-owned Hasler/Neopost dealerships in Lansing, Grand Rapids, and Detroit. He was a Business Development Manager for Neopost and a Sales Service Engineer with RICOH Managed Services. Mike has served as an Industry Co- Chairman of the North Suburban Detroit PCC, the Lansing PCC, and the San Diego PC. He is a current board member of the West Michigan PCC. His articles have appeared in Mailing Systems Technology and Mail: The Journal of Communication. He is a freelance writer with Print/Mail Consultants of Arlington, Texas, ghost-writing blog posts and articles for leading suppliers to the mail, print, and shipping industries. Mike has been a featured speaker for the National Postal Forum, the Direct Marketing Association, and the Printing Industries of America. He has facilitated seminars for PCCs nationwide including, Portland, San Francisco, and Las Vegas. Mike holds an MBA from Michigan State University and certifications from the USPS and Idealliance.

Tony Sandberg has been in the mail industry for over 25 years. He has worked in the Postal Compliance department at Farmers Insurance for over 13 years. Tony has served in many different roles during his 20 years on the WMPCC board, serving as Industry Co-chair for the past 8. He also sits on several National PCC committees.
